Thyme English Grown. For use on the skin lemon thyme is more gentle (See 128 Lemon Thyme for alternative). Useful after sports activities or as athletic massage. Useful to vaporise as a Winter oil.

DILUTE TO 5% OR LESS IN A CARRIER OIL BEFORE SKIN APPLICATION. KEEP OUT OF EYES. DO NOT SWALLOW.
