General Description
Sage English Grown. All oils should be used diluted. A small evergreen shrubby perennial herb. Useful as massage during the menopause and during female periods. Clary sage has similar properties to sage oil and is better to use in massage. As above but warning ONLY TO BE USED BY THERAPISTS.
Historical Background
Called herba sacra (sacred herb) by the Romans.

Mental stimulant, tonic.

DILUTE TO 5% OR LESS IN A CARRIER OIL BEFORE SKIN APPLICATION. KEEP OUT OF EYES. DO NOT SWALLOW. ONLY ADVISED TO BE USED BY QUALIFIED THERAPISTS.
