A standardised blend of oils obtained by steam distillation of the herbs. Sweet & rich smell

General Description
Peppermint English Grown. Plant native to Europe. Upset tummies. Good to use when studying (but not last thing at night). Useful for mental fatigue. Travel sickness, nausea. Itchy skin (only one drop in bath). For upset tummy massage area in a clockwise direction. Useful in foot baths (not more than 3 drops) to cool and deodorise feet. Useful used in conjunction with Lavender and Marjoram during winter. Cooling action, clear nasal passages with steam inhalation. Useful deterrent to vermin e.g. mice, rats, ants and cockroaches, especially when combined with Eucalyptus.

Mental stimulant. Stimulating.

Safety
DILUTE TO 5% OR LESS IN A CARRIER OIL BEFORE SKIN APPLICATION. KEEP OUT OF EYES. DO NOT SWALLOW.
