Vitamin-E Capsules. There are substances found in food known collectively as tocopherols or Vitamin E. They are active anti-oxidants and are fat soluble (form complexes with fats and are stored in fatty tissue for use when required by the body).

From the lymphatic system, Vitamin E is carried by blood to cells and membranes where it acts protectively. It helps to reduce cellular requirement for oxygen whilst maintaining muscular energy. Bio-Health's vitamin E supplements (200iu and 400iu) are in a dry powdered form and are less likely to cause nausea than in the more common oil form.
