General Description
Prickly Ash Bark Capsules. Pricly Ash Bark is an underused herb, considering the wide variety of reasons it can be taken, one being to increase the levels of oxygen and nutrients available to muscle and other body tissue, bringing warmth and renewed vigour to areas of the body. Combines with Ginger in cold winter weather and Black Cohosh or Celery when damp conditions prevail.
