General Description
Melilot Herb Capsules. The yellow flowered Melilot is a native of Europe and Northern Asia and is naturalised in North America. It was probably introduced into the British Isles in the 16th century by the herbalist William Turner. Melilot thrives in meadows, roadsides and waste places and is gathered when in flower. Especially valued by people who stand a lot in their occupation, or where there is a family history of varicose problems.
