| General Description |
| Valerian Root Essential Oil. Stress
releasing and relaxing, therefore good to use at night (external use only).
Only one or two drops of Valerian may be necessary to vapourise or massage
with the following essential oils in a carrier. Add petitgrain, orange or
mandarin to improve the overpowering aroma. If the aroma is too much for
some people spikenard is a good substitute. |
