General Description
Oakmoss Pure Essential Oil. Great for base notes in perfumes and an excellent fixative (sustains the perfume notes). Its a type of lichen that grows on oak trees. Often used in high-class perfumes and aftershaves. Can be used as an inhalant, a few drops in water on a diffuser, or warm water poured over oil and inhaled with a towel over ones head.
 
Historical Background
Called lungs of oak by the Native Americans. Native Americans used it for wounds and respiratory complaints.

Antiseptic.

DILUTE TO 5% OR LESS IN A CARRIER OIL BEFORE SKIN APPLICATION. KEEP OUT OF EYES. DO NOT SWALLOW.
