General Description
Cardomom Essential Oil. Expansion, stimulating. Warming oil with balsamic undertone. When diluted in a carrier oil use as massage for digestive upsets (10 drops of oil with 4 teaspoons of carrier oil). Gently massage into the abdomen. Vaporise for mental fatigue & nervous tension.

Used in traditional Chinese & Indian Ayurvedic medicine for over 3000 years.
